1. Booking & Reservations

All dive session bookings are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed upon completion of the booking process and receipt of confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not receive a refund. Weather-related cancellations by the operator will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

3. Safety Requirements

All participants must complete a liability waiver before participating in any diving activities. Participants must disclose all relevant medical conditions. The dive operator reserves the right to refuse service to any individual deemed unfit for diving activities.

4. Certification Requirements

Certain dive sessions require valid diving certifications. Participants may be asked to present their certification card on the day of the dive. Uncertified divers may only participate in introductory or supervised sessions.

5. Accommodation

Accommodation bookings are subject to availability. Check-in and check-out times will be communicated upon confirmation. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Tax is calculated at 7% and added to the total. Payment is due at the time of booking. Deposits may be required for certain dive sessions and accommodations.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for payment processing and emergency contacts. Medical information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

8. Age Restrictions

Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the liability waiver on their behalf. Minimum age requirements may apply to specific dive sessions.
